Module 2 of The Funeral Fix Course

Throughout this module, you will cover a range of topics related to the funeral industry to help educate and empower you to confidently and respectfully conduct funerals and memorials to help commemorate people’s lives.

The funeral industry has recently been under the microscope and we hope that this will encourage people to think about who they choose to arrange and facilitate the funeral ceremonies of their friends, family members or themselves.

There are many sentiments within the funeral industry that remain due to the lack of education and myths that are so often incorrectly shared. These untruths have stemmed from old thinking and certain policies, but do not necessarily represent the law in each state of Australia.

Throughout this course you will hear some of these myths and untruths as we debunk them, giving you confidence as a Funeral Celebrant to know what can and can’t be done, so that you can write and deliver modern and meaningful ceremonies for your clients.
